ck77 Terms and Conditions

This document serves as a legal agreement between ck77 and the user of the platform. "Platform" refers to ck77's website, mobile application, and all related services. "User" or "you" refers to any person who accesses or is registered on the platform.

ck77 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. The platform includes slots, live casino, sports betting, and other gaming services.

1.1 Right to Modify Terms

ck77 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes where possible.

1.2 Applicable Law

This agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Bangladeshi judicial jurisdiction will apply in the event of any dispute.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on ck77, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the platform. Providing a false age during registration will result in permanent account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Registering or operating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts operated from the same IP address or device will be investigated and, if confirmed, all accounts may be closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. ck77 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. ck77 reserves the right to close an account if false or misleading information is provided.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. You must not allow third parties to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

ck77 supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
• The owner of the deposit account and the owner of the ck77 account must be the same person.
• Deposits made through third parties or from an account in someone else's name are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold until identity verification is complete.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears unusual or suspicious, ck77 reserves the right to review it. If fraud or money laundering is suspected, the relevant account and funds may be frozen immediately.

ck77 offers various bonuses to its users. Each bonus has specific conditions that must be met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times — meaning a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered on a ৳1,200 bonus.

4.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — certain games or bet types may be excluded.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• Bonuses have a limited validity period — if the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• ck77 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if evidence of bonus abuse is found.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

ck77 provides weekly cashback across five VIP levels: Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), Platinum (up to 0.8%), and Diamond (up to 1.0%). Weekly cashback is calculated at the set rate on that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). Full details of each VIP level will be communicated separately.

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on ck77 are operated through third-party software providers (PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution, etc.). The results of these games are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and neither ck77 nor the user can influence these results.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a server disconnection or technical issue occurs during gameplay, the result of that hand or round will be determined based on data stored on the server. ck77 reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings resulting from a technical error.

5.3 Suspicious Activity

Use of bots, collusion, software hacking, or any form of misconduct is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

5.4 Sports Betting

Bet types, odds, and limits apply in the sports betting section. ck77 reserves the right to cancel or suspend bets in cases of match fixing or unusual betting patterns. Match rules apply for betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and other sports.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck77 platform:

• Allowing minors to register or use an account.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Using funds obtained from illegal sources on the platform.
• Any form of fraud, deception, or misconduct.
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform's software or systems.
• Harassing or discriminating against other users.

11.2 User Rights

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to complete all valid withdrawals before the closure request is processed, however any active bonuses will be cancelled.
